This bargain hotel is in an expensive Midtown area near the United Nations and many foreign consulates. Some of the most inexpensive of the 320 redecorated rooms are quite small and share bathrooms, but the location, roof garden, cocktail lounge and gourmet deli onsite make this place hard to beat if you are looking for a bargain in the neighborhood.
