Celebrity Chef Jake Klein brings in distinct Asian flavors to the midtown area of New York with the cuisine that he cooks up at Pulse. Essentially Asian, the influence of Japanese cuisine is the maximum and what you get is food that is healthy to the core. The restaurant is generally frequented by the Sports Club members and corporate folks. Overlooking the Rockfeller Center, the restaurant gives a great view of its skating rink.
