This Soho spot has a great following, which is no surprise considering the excellent service, charming decor and culinary achievements that are original and varied. In fact, chef Katy Sparks has reached celebrity status. Her Scottish Salmon Roulade, Loin of Venison, Black Sea Bass Fillet and pork entrees are all in demand.
