Downstairs from The Chelsea Hotel lies this swank bar and lounge with an eye-catching medley of models, celebrities and other beautiful people. Enter the first room and have a seat at the circular bar. Or go into the second room and try to find a seat against the wall, which is a perfect place to sit back and check out the crowd.
