The popularity of Soto can be judged by the fact that if you need to make a reservation, you have to call at least three days ahead. The fish arrives everyday from Japan and the chef is quite well known around the place for talking to the semi-dead fish. But you need not worry he has been named as a top chef by Food & Wine magazine. Temperamental to say the least, you can be thrown out for not asking the appropriate food item or question. You have a choice from over 30 items in the menu. Few tables, a long bar and great food with pure flavors that tingle your taste buds.
