A huge red hot chili pepper greets visitors at Spicy and Tasty, a laid-back Chinese joint. Inside, chatty teens and Asian-American couples linger over beef tripe and succulent pork chops. The menu lists a variety of dishes and desserts ranging from USD5-USD15, from which the smoked tea duck is highly recommended.
