This place has been a favorite of sushi lovers for years now, since it was known as Sushi Hatsu. Mr. Hatsu has since returned to Japan, and Mr. Seki, who until recently worked at the illustrious Sushi of Gari, has taken over. Try asking for omakase - that is, give Seki the authority to decide what to serve you. Chances are you'll receive some of the best sushi you've ever had.
