"Swich is a sandwich shop. It was created because owners John and Matt were hungry for a sandwich. It's good." The philosophy for Switch can be summed up in one line, but the outlet cannot. Po-Mo, with bright green walls, wood paneled floor and counter tops, white chairs and mirrors; John and Matt do love their design. And they love their food. Swich is very meticulous about quality checks, so whether it's a prepackaged Panini or a special custom sandwich, every bite of a Hippie Chick or Trojan Horse is worth your money.
