Tadka, as the name suggests is the perfect seasoning to the restaurants in the Manhattan area. A new star in the Chola group owned by Shiva Natarajan, this place is uber cool and chic along with traditional Indian interiors. If you want a taste of heaven, sample some of the delicious fare put out here with a distinct North Indian flavor. Try the tantalizing 'kalmi kabab' or spicy 'tawa chicken'...with an Indian twist.
