The Sea Grill aims to serve fish good enough to please the palates of the most discerning New York foodies, and at that task, it succeeds admirably. Seared skate wing and braised monkfish peacefully inhabit the menu alongside spicy tuna rolls and salmon sashimi, allowing a choice that's becoming increasingly vital in today's fish scene: cooked, or not. Those who prefer the third road can have an excellent dry-aged steak, although options for either vegetarians or those not in the mood for fish remain limited.
