Tse Yang is an upscale Chinese restaurant with solicitous service, chic atmosphere and elegant cuisine. Scenes of Chinese villages cover the walls and Chinese vases grace every table. The gracious staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The menu emphasizes Beijing cuisine, and some of the dishes are on the gourmet side. Try the Peking-style Beef Filet or the Shrimp in Green Lemon Sauce. Dinner averages from $50 to $60 per person and dress is a step above casual.
