A never-ending string of steaks are seared and skewed at Uncle Jack's brick walled restaurant. Bright lights and mostly brown furniture define its interiors; Kobe Beef and 21 day dry aged prime meats bear the brunt of high temperatured ovens. Every steak is diced, spiced and grilled to perfection - New York Times quote "this steakhouse leaves no item overlooked" comes as no surprise then.
