This restaurant serves authentic Burmese dishes, as well as favorites from throughout Southeast Asia. Appetizers include Shrimp Spring Rolls and Golden Triangles (fried potato wrapped in pastry). Salads and soups feature ingredients like seafood, vegetables and bean curd. Entrees of note are the Sibyan (Burmese curry), 'Chop-chop Chicken' (fried chicken formed in a ball and served with vegetables and a tangy sauce), whole cooked fish served with okra and tomato in a tamarind sauce, and a number of vegetarian dishes.
