Unlike many of the city's vintage clothing shops, which focus primarily on the 1960s, '70s and '80s, the Village Scandal offers an impressive selection of clothing and accessories from the 1920s, '30s and '40s. The fashions, which are mostly splashed with bright colors, are all in good shape. Expect to find plenty of pillbox hats, big brooches and boxy suits that would make your grandmother nostalgic.
