The Visual Arts Gallery in Chelsea near the Starrett-Lehigh building, is a modern art facility. It has a vast area including four cutting edge galleries. You could also venture onto the terrace...or do a little sight seeing as the gallery overlooks Lower Manhattan and Hudson River.
