Pleasant, contemporary settings and fabulous cuisine from China and Hong Kong mark this restaurant out from the numerous Chinese eateries to be found in New York. Customers are welcomed with a complimentary plate of Kimchi and roasted, salted peanuts. For a novel experience, ask for the mildly-flavored Jellyfish with Scallions, or the heavier Fried Pork in Orange Sauce. Among spicier selections, the Tofu with Hot Peppers and Roast Prok Buns are the favorites. Top off your dish with butter and parmesan as you please, or ask for a touch of spice.
