New York City's most recent fascination with tapas bars has shown no sign of waning, and this popular East Village spot is among those reaping the rewards. An eclectic mix of downtowners meets in the nautical-themed cellar to socialize over sangria, sherry and tapas. The tapas are all available in large and small portions, ranging from around $3 to $6.
