Power Yoga anyone? Yoga is some of the best exercise to be had and if Yoga Zone is any indication, a booming business opportunity. Founded by Yoga Master Alan Finger and his wife Greta in 1992, Yoga Zone started as a small studio of instruction and has since blossomed (or nuclear-mushroomed, depending on your point of view) to include instructional videos, clothing, mats, books, aromatherapy, massage products... all available at the four New York area locations and online. As for the yoga itself; Yoga Zone is highly rated for their power workouts. A ticket for the first 3 classes at $40 is available so try it out! After that classes are $15 each.
