Named for the artistic Southwestern American Indian tribe, the restaurant is decorated in desert colors. The service is efficient, making it a viable pre-theater dining option. Entrees include chicken with shiitake mushroom ragout, spaghettini with grilled shrimp, enchiladas and fajitas. Also try the tuna tostadas and the corn fritters.
