The acoustics aren't that great, it's a task to get to your seat, and there isn't sufficient parking. But that doesn't deter lovers of the performing arts from visiting the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center. Undoubtedly, the central venue for culture in Orlando, it has a seating capacity of 2,500 people. Host to a wide array of events, it is best known for the annual Orlando Broadway Series. The series features Broadway hits, such as Cats, as well as other international acts, such as The Phantom of the Opera and Les Miserables. Located in central Florida, the non-for profit fair boasts a large livestock complex where visitors can feed, milk, or pet hundreds of animals. There are also many fine arts and crafts booths, great music, good food, and over forty rides. Held at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Centre in Orlando, the Festival of Orchestras is an internationally recognized concert series. Held throughout the year, the symphony orchestras change as per season.
