Cafe Tu Tu Tango

Eat while artists create
8625 International Drive
Orlando, FL 32819
United States
+1 407 248 2222
http://www.cafetututango.com
Artists at work are the lure of this restaurant/studio that relies on some of the region's most creative folks to provide the dining atmosphere. In this artsy environment, tapas and other finger foods are the delectables of choice, including such selections as Baked Artichoke and Crabmeat Dip for your chips, Mango Duck Quesadilla, and Dijon Chicken Skewers. There is also a substantial wine list, along with a full bar. This warmly-colored lounge is intimate and laid-back, and the servers are real pros. Every wall is covered in artwork made by local artists, some of it made right in the cafe itself! Each piece of art on the walls is for sale, so at Cafe Tu Tu Tango, you can have your cake and buy a painting of it, too!

Orlando, FL 32801
United States

The menu here changes monthly, but the food is always good. Casually dressed patrons sit at barstools that are pulled up to butcher-block tables atop terrazzo floors. The decor is simple but effective for casual dining. Choices include Caesar's Salad ($6.95), a roasted duck sandwich ($9.95), and a Chicken Tortilla Pie ($9.95), among other intriguing combinations. Pastas and salads come in full or half portions for hearty or picky eaters. Dexter's offers more than 30 wines and champagnes, available by the glass or bottle. A very nice Chardonnay runs about $26 for a bottle.

It's an all-you-can-eat affair, with chicken, noodles and veggies tossed into all the lip-smacking dishes. Potatoes, and, as the name suggests, tomatoes rule the roost, with a variety of options. The breads are another delight, piping hot and with nuts embedded in them. If this has failed to quell those hunger pangs, move on to the desserts—fresh fruit and yogurt for the health conscious and Cheery Cherry Cobbler for those who have a high metabolism rate!

White Wolf Cafe

Fun and food
1829 North Orange Avenue
Orlando, FL 32804
United States
+1 407 895 9911
http://www.whitewolfcafe.com
This cafe has remained a favorite for two reasons: fun décor and good food. Stained-glass windows, Tiffany-style hanging lamps and decorative crockery set the stage, and on weekend nights, patrons pop in for coffee, dessert or a drink. Live music, usually acoustic, is offered on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. The menu offers a wide selection, from vegetarian and other low-calorie offerings to a calories-be-darned Three-Cheese Lasagna. Chicken Brioche and Thin-Crust White Pizza are popular options.
