Namesake theme prevails |
1506 East Buena Vista Drive Orlando, FL 32830 United States +1 407 827 7827 http://www.planethollywood.com... |
This is one of those eateries you visit more for the atmosphere than for the food. Founded by screen stars Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone, among others, the chain was built for those in love with the silver screen. Movie props are everywhere, and the food is good too. A popular spot in Downtown Disney, the restaurant's menu is comparatively simple, focusing its attention on such basic options as cheeseburgers, sandwiches and fajitas, with some interesting appetizers including a Texas Tostadas and such light meals as Mushroom Onion and Swiss Burger. This restaurant does not accept reservations, and as it's very popular, the wait for a table can be quite long. Review © 2007, Wcities |

1500 Epcot Resorts Boulevard Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel Orlando, FL 32830 United States +1 407 934 1362 http://www.donshula.com |
If you're in the mood for fine steak or New England lobster, and you either have a few bucks to spend or are dining on an expense account, consider a visit to this restaurant. Named for former Miami Dolphins coach Don Shula, the place boasts a slightly pigskin atmosphere (the menu, for example, in inscribed on a football). But the food is the real draw here. Start with the lobster cocktail, and progress to such entrée favorites as the Porterhouse Steak, Prime Rib or Lamb Chops. Polish off your meal with the chocolate soufflé, and a drink from the full bar. It is one of the best steak houses in Orlando and conveniently located inside Walt Disney World Dolphin.
