Arthur's 27

Fine dining with a view
1900 Buena Vista Drive
Orlando, FL 32830
United States
+1 407 827 3450
http://www.wyndham.com
Location aside, there's nothing Mickey Mouse about Arthur's 27. This continental/international restaurant, rated "extraordinary" by "Zagat's", sits on the 27th floor of the Buena Vista Palace Hotel, a Disney World Resort property. The views are panoramic, even spectacular for patrons lucky enough to dine during Epcot's nearby nightly fireworks display. French, Greek and Italian dishes prove particular favorites, and patrons should expect to spend generously for each entrée. A prix fixe menu allows visitors to dine on four, five or six-course meals. Reservations are suggested. Professional-casual dress is appropriate.

Red skin potatoes and corn on the cob are included, but lobster is an extra charge. This nautical eatery also boasts one of the best character breakfasts at Disney World.

The original Outback!
1900 Buena Vista Drive
Orlando, FL 32830
United States
+1 407 827 3430
http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/...
Not to be confused with the popular Outback chain of restaurants, this Outback Restaurant is an original. Located inside Lake Buena Vista's sumptuous Wyndham Palace resort, it features an authentic Aussie décor filled with stuffed crocodiles, dangerous-looking boomerangs, a flowing waterfall, fish tanks and friendly servers clad in safari outfits. The food is excellent, ranging from perfectly grilled steaks to live lobsters steamed to perfection. You can expect to pay accordingly, but it's worth it. After dinner, why not dance off a few of those extra calories in the adjacent nightclub, the perhaps-appropriately named Laughing Kookaburra?

Intimate Italian

Crossroads Shopping Plaza
Orlando, FL 32836-6724
United States
+1 407 827 1101
In the shadow of Walt Disney World's thrill-a-minute Lake Buena Vista shopping and entertainment complex sits a comparatively small shopping and dining center called The Crossroads. Nestled between such mega-chain restaurants as T.G.I. Friday's, Red Lobster and Perkins sits this unassuming, little Italian restaurant. Between the takeout counter and the enormous beer cooler, featuring brews from around the world, a small scattering of cozy tables is nearly always full of appreciative and satisfied customers. Italian meals are served in a quaint setting, with Italian music and pleasant servers. Besides, where else can you gorge on fine Italian food for well under $20 so close to Walt Disney World?

+1 407 827 7827
http://www.planethollywood.com...
This is one of those eateries you visit more for the atmosphere than for the food. Founded by screen stars Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone, among others, the chain was built for those in love with the silver screen. Movie props are everywhere, and the food is good too. A popular spot in Downtown Disney, the restaurant's menu is comparatively simple, focusing its attention on such basic options as cheeseburgers, sandwiches and fajitas, with some interesting appetizers including a Texas Tostadas and such light meals as Mushroom Onion and Swiss Burger. This restaurant does not accept reservations, and as it's very popular, the wait for a table can be quite long.
