Located directly beside the Rideau Canal in the National Arts Center, this popular restaurant offers incredible views. Chef Kurt Waldele specializes in Canadian cuisine with international overtones. Main courses range from Grilled Sea-farmed Atlantic Salmon with a dill remoulade to Grilled Alberta Beef Filet Mignon served over caramelized onion and Barolo. The table d'hote features salad, the aforementioned filet mignon or salmon, British Columbia raspberry sherbet, and coffee or tea.
