Located about a half-hour drive from the Parliament buildings, the Ottawa airport is small but has all the amenities of larger international airports. The airport is about the only place in Ottawa with ample parking. Regular parking is available in lot P1, located just outside the terminal entrance. Numerous car rental agencies are located right in the terminal. In addition, there is a collection of cabs waiting outside, which will go to the city centre, but for CAD11, travellers can take a hotel shuttle. The local bus service is quite good and the number 97 runs frequently. Review © 2007, Wcities |
