The American Cathedral of the Holy Trinity was established in the 1830's, with its first church built in 1864. It features an impressive array of Neo-Gothic architecture that is as structurally integral as it is beautiful to look at, and its spire is reported to be the tallest in Paris, with a height of 280 feet.
