Located at the Bercy, wine trading area of the city until the seventies, the step-down entranced Bihan Cafe sits near a very attractive new park. Bihan Guillaume took over the cafe in 2000 and took it to success. The food is average compared to the service but late at night when the owner tangos along with the waiters, everything else can be put on hold. One cannot miss the amusing enthroned stone pig statue that welcomes you into the cafe. Don't forget to try the Herring fillets, possibly the meatiest ones in Paris. Review © 2009, Wcities |
