Les Bouquinistes, not to be confused with the booksellers on the Quai de Montebello, is the brainchild, or more aptly, the palate-child of chef extraordinaire Guy Savoy. Overlooking the Notre Dame and the Pont Neuf, this restaurant is the place for not just the crème de la crème of Paris, but also the occasional tourist.
