Paris |
Central Paris spans both banks of the Seine, including the Jardin des Tuileries, Champs Élysées, the Louvre, the Marais, Montmartre, and the Latin Quarter. Les Halles and the Pompidou Center are also located in Central Paris, and the Eiffel Tower stands at its far western edge. The area has many museums, shops, cafes and beautiful promenades. This is usually the initial target for Paris' numerous tourists and is therefore always bustling with people and energy. Review © 2009, Wcities |
