This tiny sushi bar barely seats ten people, so definitely make a reservation: even the Japanese population in Paris recognizes the talent of chef Kino San, and the restaurant is full every night. You can order à la carte and a few hot dishes like noodles, but it's best to let Kino San do what he does best and pick the chef's menu, a daily mix of the freshest seafood with beautiful presentation.
