Two words of advice for having Sunday brunch at Doobie's: be hungry. Because if you aren't, you'll weep with regret for all the delectable items on their buffet that you can't squeeze in. Even ravenous, it might be difficult to work your way through their wealth of offerings. Choose from scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, crêpes, croissants, tabouli salad, assorted cheeses, desserts and much more. Doobie's also serves a passable dinner during the week (Italian/Thai cuisine), and on weekends has a nightclub popular with early 20-somethings. But it's the brunch – oh, that heavenly brunch – that really stands out. -Barbara Diggs
