The unusual aquarium "floor" filled with over 1000 fish comes as a surprise in this sophisticated restaurant. Though heavily touristed and a delight for children, Dragons Elysées does churn out some fairly impressive Chinese and Thai cuisine. Just minutes from the Champs Elysées, this is one place that's bound to make an impression during business lunches or when dining out with friends. Try the stuffed crab or traditional nems.
