Gustav Eiffel's best known work is undoubtedly the Eiffel Tower, but the beautiful grey-green stained glass ceiling at Les Elysées is definitely part of his other great works. Dinner under this dome includes an atmosphere of romance and intimacy, with candle lights and piano music to add to the charm. The cuisine takes care of your appetite, blending traditional French delights with contemporary styles at the hands of Chef Eric Brifford. Lamb and pork, marinated and prepared with aromatic herbs and special spices, are the Chef's forte, while seafood lovers can savor on the Braised 'Blue' lobster and Fish Roe dishes among others.
