Not to be confused with Bar Hemingway at the Ritz. Both are luxurious and very expensive. The Ernest Bar is a fabulous choice for those evenings when one is prepared to spare no expense in the pursuit of pleasure. Come sink into a leather armchair à la Harvard Club et al. and smoke a fat Cuban. The bar is in the Hôtel Lutétia (four stars, site of General and Mrs. de Gaulle's wedding night) and also features the functional sculptures of Hiquily, apparently a regular himself.
