The 9th arrondissement is becoming more trendy and chic. Yet, the ambiance near Pigalle is still about partying. In "la loco", as locals call it, you'll rediscover what partying means. This huge night-club can host up to 2000 people on its 3 floors. Each floor has its ambiance, style and music (rock, techno, rap) and a multitude of bars. People come from everywhere around Europe to attend its huge parties. The average crowd is 18-25 years old.
