Les Ombres (The Shadows) has one of the most spectacular, close up views of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Situated on the fifth floor of the newly opened Musée du Quai Branly, the food and wines here are equally as spectacular as the view. Chef Arno Busquet's classic French ingredients are given an exotic evocation of Asia, Africa, Oceana and America. Not for those who prefer simple food, signature dishes include Cod steak lacquered with ginger caramel, accompanied with Puy green lentils with lemongrass.
