As a true lover of good food, Chef Michel Rostang has a passion for truffles...his truffle slices on toast with a drop of olive oil - delicious! Then go for the Bresse poultry stuffed with truffles, or try out something different like the sole meunière or the lamb Provençale. Desserts are certainly as enticing. The chocolate tart and the 'cigar' with vanilla call for hearty eating! The staff will smilingly serve you with these delightful dishes and offer a rich wine list too.
