This church, a masterpiece of neoclassic architect Hippolyte Lebas, was built between 1823 and 1836 for the people of Paris. Corinthian columns and carved stone panels and sculptures decorate the exterior while the interior contains religious paintings, numerous sculptures, and a remarkable organ.
