A lot of thought has gone into creating this fine dining venue. The attention paid to detail is visible in the food, the drinks, as well as the décor. Designer Patrick Jouin has worked up an interesting combination, which throws light on contemporary design elements and Alain Ducasse's fusion French fare. Food is well flavored and the staff is warm. The wine menu crafted by Gérard Margeon is extensive, yet not complicated.
