This 15th-century building, near the Place St. Michel and Notre Dame, was where many of the American "beat" generation poets and writers made their home in the 1950s and 1960s. The 20 rooms, three of which have a mezzanine overlooking Paris rooftops, exude a romantic charm, with their wood beams and old furniture. All rooms have beautiful marble bathrooms.
