This snug wood-panelled bistro has a great and well-deserved culinary reputation. Bigger on the inside than it looks, it's worth waiting if there's a line, because chef Rodolphe Paquin's menu is always a superlative look at classic ingredients. The menus change according to the seasons. In automn try the game and the mushrooms; in spring, fish has all the honours, and all year long you wll be able to eat pork and poultry.
