Situated in a 17th century private hotel, this restaurant is the jewel in the celebrated two-star chef Jacques Cagna's crown. Famed for its excellent dishes and its chic and comfortable atmosphere, this establishment has relatively high prices and is, in fact, generally frequented by a well-to-do crowd. The menu proposes many delicious dishes such as his inimitable Pigeon Confit (squab cooked in its own fat). The use of Indian spices in some of his dishes adds to the menu's subtlety.
