The Auberge du Cheval Noir offers a multipurpose space where a hotel, a restaurant, and an event venue coexist under a single silhouette of a black horse. Calm and comfortable hotel rooms are rented with a choice of three dining packages; with breakfast, on half board, or on full board. The restaurant offers a daily special and a menu of traditional cuisine, and can accommodate groups or cater banquets, receptions, and conferences held on the site. The three spaces available for events can host events with as few as ten or as many as 400 people, depending on the configuration of the rooms. Typical events include work meetings, receptions, business parties, and holiday celebrations. Review © 2007, Wcities |

Hotel at Cité des Sciences |
31-35, quai de l'Oise Paris 75019 France +33 1 40 38 04 04 http://www.ibishotel.com/ibis/... |
As suggested by its name, the Ibis Paris la Villette is marvelously located just a few steps away from the Parc de la Villette and the Cité des Sciences et de l'industrie, offering plentiful entertainment and event opportunities. The lovely and historic Canal de l'Ourcq runs past the hotel as well. Though it might be difficult to leave all the cultural activities at the Parc behind, nearby public transportation makes it easy to explore the rest of Paris and the hotel staff is happy to assist or advise 24 hours a day. Breakfast is served from 4 a.m. until noon; snacks available anytime. Review © 2007, Wcities |
