Tucked away in the enclaves of South Philly lies a den of authentic Middle Eastern cuisine known as Bitar's. The Brothers Bitar prepare falafels, shish-kabobs, gyros, kafta(ground lamb and spices) and other items prepared on pita bread. Authentic imported ingredients are used and are available to take home in the marketplace first and restaurant second establishment.
