When the city's most adored chef opens a new restaurant, it's probably a smart thing to book a table there. Georgess Perrier opened Brasserie Perrier as a slightly cheaper alternative to his other restaurants. Serving mainly French cuisine with touches of Asian and Italian flavors, this bistro has a lot going for it.
