This facility is used to teach the ancient art of fencing, or how to attack and defend with a sword. Several national champions practice here. The Academy features instruction for all ages, as well as cardiovascular and human performance training equipment, eight regulation fencing strips, a specially cushioned floor to minimize leg stress, and various other training devices. An emphasis is placed on long-term training, with regular progression from one level of instruction to the next.
