Maui on the Philadelphia Waterfront is an institution among the 20 and 30-something club-hopping populace. Two major Philadelphia radio stations often broadcast from Maui on weekend nights. Twelve different bars purvey potables to customers in three distinct party environments. The Margarita Café has dueling piano players, the Cobalt samples techno and dance music and live music from the local rock scene is presented on the outdoor deck.
