Though much of Philadelphia's traditional foods involve rich cheeses and meats, vegetarians can find a refuge at Natural Goodness. All-natural, organic ingredients are used in all of their freshly prepared soups, salads and sandwiches. This haven for vegans has a take-out counter and some tables. Protein entrees include tofu, tempeh, seitan and beans with vegetables. There's a variety of sandwiches with no-fat tofu cheese on seven-grain breads.
