Owner couple, Nate and Alysha Garyantes, take care to maintain the high standard at 821 by using only the freshest ingredients - be it greens, meat or fish. Try the Chef's Tasting Menu, which is prepared using seasonally available ingredients - just don't forget to make reservations for it much in advance. Dishes on the Large Plate Menu include entrees, such as Lobster Spaghetti and Jamison's Farm Seven Hour Lamb Leg. The restaurant's Wine Dinners are another attraction, where the ingredient of the month is clubbed together with the most complementing wine.
