Neapolitan Chef Cipriano Illiano makes a very tasty Risotto Pescatore, as well as shining with his creative daily specials. Whether it's grilled Chilean sea bass, sauteed spinach ravioli with grilled mushrooms in a brandy demi-glaze with sun-dried tomatoes or Farfalle with a smoked-salmon Alfredo sauce, it's made fresh (even the pasta) and fast.
