The city's only champagne bar and restaurant, Swanky Bubbles offers a curious mix of dishes, primarily Asian, but with a hint of Continental influence. Every item on the menu is intended for two or more individuals, so order accordingly. You can start off with starters like Crispy Oysters and Indonesian Chicken Satay, then work your way up to main dishes, such as Chicken Fried Rice, Polynesian Crab Cakes, and Malaysian Salmon. You can also choose from the Sushi, Maki or Caviar menus if you're in the mood for something different; and, of course, go in for one of the fine champagnes and sparkling wines that feature on the wine list.
